A fast and exciting game. Morton had the best of things early on and took a 2-goal lead but Thistle rallied and Marshall scored twice on return to the club to make it 2-2 on half-time. Much-changed Thistle took the lead through McEwen's low shot but Morton scored with a penalty to tie things up (fairly) at 3-3.
