Motherwell looked to on the way to victory when they went 2-up but Leitch made it 2-1 from a goalmouth scramble then Thistle's “young bloods” (DR) pressed until half-time. Harris (N) lofted a shot over the defence to complete the fight-back early in the second half. A fair result to “a pleasant game”.
