“Rangers were the better of two bad lots” (GH). It was mainly Rangers once the game settled but both sets of forwards were poor. Branscombe went close from distance then Hamilton was injured and was a cripple for an hour. Rangers hit the bar but gritty defence by Thistle earned the replay.
