On a hard, sanded pitch, Thistle were second best in the first half. Dundee played some fine football and deserved their half-time lead. When they went 2-up in the second half they seemed to switch off and 5 minutes later it was 2-2, both goals coming from Hamilton (who had been off injured at one point).
