Pittodrie. On a heavily sanded pitch Aberdeen had several efforts saved then blasted a penalty wide. They took the lead (20) then Thistle lost 2 players (Wilson and Gray) with injuries for the rest of the first half. Both re-appeared after half-time and although Kennedy was a threat Thistle couldn't find an equaliser.
