Howden was in fine form but was eventually beaten by a lucky deflection but Gray (R) levelled with an angled drive. In the second half Kennedy scored following a defensive mix-up and a Gibson 25-yarder hit the bar. Celtic converted a penalty. A Celtic player was sent off for kicking Sommen (who was carried off). Unlucky not to win.
