Ltd Liability Co 4 August 1903. Celtic took the lead (10) after a parried save by Howden. Thistle levelled with a long free-kick by Campbell (the keeper letting the ball in thinking it was indirect). Celtic's forwards were “feeble” (GH) and Howden saved a pen but a goalmouth scramble (90) won the points. Unlucky.
