  • The GH lists 3 Jags in inverted commas; "McPherson", "Robertson" and "Newman". DC (25/5) confirmed that (John) Robertson (loanee since April) signed from Motherwell shortly after this game. The SR (17/5) identified James Gailey (Clydesdale Wanderers) as playing centre-half, although that's not quite how the Herald has it positionally.
  • NK's spreadsheet categorically states book to be wrong, although NK himself differs from GH. He has "Daniel Fletcher" at no.1, "Gilmore" at no.5 and "Duncan" at no.8, all of which seems to be replacing one mystery with another.
