  • On the balance of probabilities, we decided that their “McKimmis” was a mis-dictated “McKinney”. The teamline in the OH is fairly different. Crucially, the book's goalscorers don't match the teamline and therefore we go with the Herald which, at least, ensures that Willie Paul and James Lamont make sense as scorers.
  • OH/HA list this one as a 4-0 win, but SFHA/GH/SC/NK all say it was 4-1 and we go with them.
