An exciting match. There were chances for both teams then Proudfoot opened for Thistle latching on to a Freebairn pass. By half-time it was 3-0. Thistle continued to press and they scored again (a Freebairn hat-trick) then they missed two great chances. Cowlairs scored 2 late on to make it look closer.
