Campbell (J) opened the scoring (12) after chances at both ends were missed. Wanderers had a spell of pressure but Murray made it 2-0 at half-time. The lead was reduced but soon it was 3-1. Wanderers made it 3-2 (possibly scored by Proudfoot (L), new signing from Thistle), but 2 more goals made for a big win.
