SR mentions that Pollokshaws “borrowed the services of Freebairn the younger”. We'd have thought would be Willie, but the report mentions him a part of the defence and perhaps a half back. Since Willie is unheard of in this position we think that David Freebairn is the best guess, bearing in mind Archie played for PT in the game.
