  • The GEP report contends that George Ward, not Jerry Suter, got Thistle's opener: “Suter got the ball about 20 yards from goal [out on the left] and screwing nicely into goal, Ward had little difficulty in tipping it into goal.EC just says Suter “drew first blood”. The SC says the first was from our left winger (who was Suter acc to the EC line-up). GH specificially states it was Suter. We therefore feel obliged to stick with Suter per OH/EC/SC/GH.
