● Kenny Miller, 2018 (GH)

born in Scotland

Kenneth Miller was born on Sunday, 23rd December, 1979, in Edinburgh. He had one spell as co-caretaker at Firhill.

It was Gary Caldwell who brought Miller to Firhill just 10 weeks earlier, so the number nine would have had mixed feelings in stepping in to his shoes for a co-caretaker role. Inadvertently, Thistle harked back to the days of the committee in this interim period, going for the multiple man management approach, incorporating the chief executive (Gerry Britton), the head of youth development (Scott Allison) and the centre forward (Kenny Miller).

Subconsciously or not, this ambitious new template seemed to inform the next three-man management team of Ian McCall assisted by Alan Archibald & Neil Scally.

As well as once taking co-charge at Thistle, Kenny also managed at Livingston (2018).
