 Luis Cameron was born on Tuesday, 10th April, 2007, in Paisley, Renfrewshire. The 6' 3 (13st 5lbs) goalkeeper was introduced to Kris Doolan's Thistle in September, 2023, whilst a Partick Thistle U-18 player. Aged 16, he made his debut appearance on Sunday, 17th September, 2023, in a 4-2 defeat at home to a 12-13 Champions Select for Stuart Bannigan's testimonial. There were no clean-sheets for Luis during his spell with Thistle. He played his second and last game for the club on Saturday, 28th June, 2025, in a 3-1 friendly win away to Glenafton Athletic. At June, 2026, his club-list included Partick Thistle, Johnstone Burgh and Drumchapel United. |

 This young 'keeper was introduced to the Partick Thistle first-team environment on the occasion of Stuart Bannigan's testimonial game. He replaced David Mitchell at half-time and was between the sticks for almost half an hour before making way for his U-18s team-mate, Connor Storey. Only a pinpoint finish from glorious Gary Harkins denied him a personal clean-sheet. In July 2024 - along with his Academy mates Ché Campbell & Thomas Horn - Luis formally joined the senior squad, signing a two-year modern apprentice deal. In mid-October 2024, a 3 month loan deal at 6th tier Johnstone Burgh of the West of Scotland Premier League was announced and a similar 4 month deal was arranged with Drumchapel United of the same league on 30 July 2025. He was a near ever-present for Drumchapel United, keeping many clean-sheets. His loan deal there was extended to the end of 2025-26, but no senior contract at Firhill was offered in the summer of 2026 and he became a free agent. |
