  • On 13 March 2020 all SPFL leagues were indefinitely suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic. On 8 April 2020, the SPFL proposed to end the 2019–20 season by utilising a points per game ratio to determine the final standings in tiers 2 to 4. The plan was approved on 15 April 2020, with the result being that Dundee United were promoted and declared champions, and Partick Thistle relegated, declared to be the bottom club.
  • Thistle's points-per-game ratio (0.963) stands as the club's all-time lowest return outwith the top-flight, levelling all seasons to 3-pts-per-win.
  • Thistle's 3.704% clean-sheet ratio (1 in 27) is the club's lowest return since the pathetic season of 1908-09 when the homeless Thistle registered no clean-sheets at all.
