Stats Watch
  • On only one occasion have Thistle have failed to survive in their "first season back" - at the very first time of asking away back in season 1900-01. Since then we have been succesful in this quest six times out of six - in season 1902-03, 1971-72, 1976-77, 1992-93, 2002-03 and 2013-14.
  • Thistle's away points haul of 24 is a new All-Time club record for the Top Flight, beating the previous best (23) which was set back in 1962-63.
  • Applying 3 points for a win across all 81 of our (official) Top Flight seasons and expressing the points gained as a percentage of those available, this season's away effort (42.11%) is our best in the Premier League since 1964-65 (45.1%).
  • Our away haul of 25 goals is our highest Top Flight tally since season 1977-78 when we netted 27.
  • Our away Goal Difference (-3) stands as a new club record for the Top Flight. Since the criteria was introduced in 1970-71, our previous best (-5) was set in 1972-73.
  • Our away day 4-3 loss at Motherwell in February currently stands as the joint-highest scoring game ever played in the SPFL Premiership.
