 Kevin Donald McKinlay was born on Friday, 28th February, 1986, in Stirling. The 6' 0 (11st 5lbs) defender signed for Ian McCall's Thistle on Thursday, 16th August, 2007, having most recently been with Ross County. Aged 21, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 18th August, 2007, in a 4-0 win at home to Clyde in the SFL First Division. Kevin scored his first goal for Thistle on Saturday, 22nd September, 2007, in a 2-0 win at home to Queen of the South in the SFL First Division. He scored the last of his 7 goals on Sunday, 22nd March, 2009, in a 1-1 draw at home to Dundee in the SFL First Division. He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 2nd May, 2009, in a 1-0 defeat at home to Airdrie United in the SFL First Division, having appeared as a Jag on 79 occasions. At August, 2022, Kevin's club-list included Chelsea, Ross County, Partick Thistle, Dundalk, Morton, Stenhousemuir, Ayr United, Stirling Albion, Berwick Rangers, Linlithgow Rose and Syngenta. |
