Kenneth Milne was born on Sunday, 26th August, 1979, in Alloa, Clackmannanshire.

The 6' 2½ (12st 8lbs) defender signed for John Lambie's Thistle on Monday, 17th June, 2002, having most recently been with Heart of Midlothian.

Aged 22, he made his debut appearance on Tuesday, 16th July, 2002, in a 2-0 friendly win away to Derry City.
