![]() William Kenneth Ashwood was born on Thursday, 16th January, 1958, in Glasgow. The 5' 10 (11st 0lbs) forward joined Billy Lamont's Thistle for a trial in August, 1988, having most recently been with Queen of the South. Aged 30, he made his only appearance on Saturday, 6th August, 1988, in a 2-0 win away to Petershill / Glasgow Perthshire XI in a Benefit match. There were no goals for Kenny in his one-off appearance for Thistle. Kenny's club-list included Airdrieonians, Campsie Black Watch, East Stirlingshire, Falkirk, Dumbarton, Ayr United, Queen of the South and Partick Thistle. |
