Kal Naismith was born on Tuesday, 18th February, 1992, in Glasgow. The 6' 1 (12st 4lbs) forward temporarily transferred to Jackie McNamara's Thistle on Tuesday, 10th January, 2012, from his parent club, Rangers. Aged 19, he made his debut appearance on Friday, 13th January, 2012, in a 1-0 defeat away to Hamilton Academical in the SFL First Division. There were no goals for Kal during his spell with Thistle. He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 24th March, 2012, in a 1-0 defeat at home to Ross County in the SFL First Division, having appeared as a Jag on 8 occasions. At August, 2022, Kal's club-list included Rangers, Cowdenbeath, Partick Thistle, Accrington Stanley, Portsmouth, Hartlepool United, Wigan Athletic, Luton Town and Bristol City. |
