Incredibly, around 6% of all Thistle players in history served in either WWI or WWII. Three of them (Johnny Houston, Jack Thomson & Willie Wiseman) even served in both. 17 lost their lives. The table below (fully sortable) lists all of the players (eight non first-team), manager (Willie Thornton) and even one chairman (William Reid) who served in either of the conflicts.
