● At Zürich, 16th June 1954. Scotland's first-ever World Cup finals match versus Austria. Johnny MacKenzie (5th in line) & Jimmy Davidson (8th in line) became the first of 10 Jagsmen who would play in a World Cup.

Scotland 1982
● At Malaga, 15th June 1982. Alan Rough (2nd in line) & Alan Hansen (4th in line) are about to play in Scotland's biggest-ever win at the World Cup, a 5-2 victory over New Zealand.

Scotland 1990
● At Genoa, 16th June 1990. 3 Jagsmen in one game! Together at the bottom right are Murdo MacLeod, Maurice Johnston & Robert Fleck. Johnston became the only Jag to score at a World Cup, his penalty proving to be decisive in the 2-1 win.
