Ian Morris was born on Friday, 28th August, 1981, in Edinburgh.

The 6' 1 (11st 4lbs) forward signed for John Lambie's Thistle on Thursday, 30th May, 2002, having most recently been with Falkirk.

Aged 20, he made his debut appearance on Thursday, 18th July, 2002, in a 2-0 friendly win away to Bangor.

There were no goals for Ian during his spell with Thistle.

He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 5th October, 2002, in a 4-1 defeat away to Dunfermline Athletic in the Scottish Premier League, having appeared as a Jag on 4 occasions.

Ian's club-list included Falkirk, Partick Thistle, Stirling Albion, Cowdenbeath, Broxburn Athletic and Arniston Rangers.
