Bio Extra

In 2011 Mukendi was a member of an under-18 Congolese team who played a friendly match in England. The towering striker arrived at Firhill in the summer of 2013 on a 6-month loan deal from Liverpool, but 20 minutes were all he managed in competitive terms, all coming in a 2-1 League Cup win at home to Ayr United in August. He was a man of many clubs, but settled at none of them. His older brother, Vinny, was also a footballer, and had a similar journeyman trajectory. They have two sisters and two younger brothers.
