Henry Curran was born on Sunday, 9th October, 1966, in Glasgow.

The 5' 8 (11st 8lbs) midfielder signed for John Lambie's Thistle in July, 1995, having most recently been with St Johnstone.

Aged 28, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 22nd July, 1995, in a 2-1 defeat at home to Zagreb in the Intertoto Cup.

That day, Harry became a member of our scoring debutant's club.

He scored his second and final goal for the club on Saturday, 19th August, 1995, in a 7-0 win away to Berwick Rangers in the League Cup.

He played his last game for Thistle on Tuesday, 9th January, 1996, in a 3-0 defeat at home to Falkirk in the SFL Premier Division, having appeared as a Jag on 12 occasions.

Harry's club-list included Eastercraigs, Dumbarton, Dundee United, St Johnstone, Partick Thistle, Dunfermline Athletic, Greenock Morton, Alloa Athletic and Stranraer.

Bio Extra

Arrived at Firhill as part of a swap deal that took Roddy Grant back to St Johnstone. Perhaps because of this, he was never fully accepted by the Thistle fans, despite two goals from midfield in his first two games for the club. Left to join Dunfermline and was most recently with Morton.
