Graeme Morrison was born on Friday, 29th October, 1976, in Falkirk. The 6' 0 (12st 9lbs) defender joined John Lambie's Thistle for a trial period in July, 2001, having most recently been with Greenock Morton. Aged 24, he made his debut appearance on Wednesday, 18th July, 2001, in a 5-1 win at home to Alan Morgan Select in a Benefit match. There were no goals for Graeme during his spell with Thistle. He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 28th July, 2001, in a 1-0 friendly defeat at home to Notts County, having appeared as a Jag on 5 occasions. Graeme's club-list included Celtic, Greenock Morton, Partick Thistle and Stirling Albion. Graeme died on Tuesday, 25th September, 2018, in Denny, Stirlingshire, aged 41. |
