Bio Extra

This Stirling-born defender joined in the summer of 2000, and played with the youth team. 12 months later he was one of four players (including Andy Gibson, Greg Milligan & Nicky Collins) to be given a basic first team deal. Within days, the 18-year-old came off the bench for the 5-1 win over an Alan Morgan Select (Alan Morgan's Testimonial match) but that proved to be his one and only apperance in the first team. He made the bench only once more (25th August 2001 in a 3-1 win at Arbroath) but simply could not find a place in the excellent Thistle team of the day.
