| Frank Donlevy |
 Frank Donlevy was born on Friday, 16th December, 1932, in Edinburgh. The 5' 8 (11st 2lbs) midfielder signed for David Meiklejohn's Thistle on Tuesday, 8th March, 1955, having most recently been with Hibernian. Aged 22, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 12th March, 1955, in a 0-0 draw away to Celtic in the SFL First Division. Frank scored his first goal for Thistle on Saturday, 29th March, 1958, in a 3-1 win away to Queen of the South in the SFL First Division. He scored the last of his 12 goals on Wednesday, 24th August, 1960, in a 6-3 defeat away to Rangers in the SFL First Division. He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 11th November, 1961, in a 2-0 defeat away to Heart of Midlothian in the SFL First Division, having clocked up an impressive 216 appearances as a Jag. Frank's club-list included Merchiston Thistle, Hibernian, Partick Thistle, St Johnstone and Berwick Rangers. |
