 Francis Anderson was born in Glasgow. * The forward signed for George Easton's Thistle on Thursday, 8th February, 1917, having most recently been with Clyde. He made his only appearance on Saturday, 10th February, 1917, in a 5-1 defeat away to Dundee in the Scottish Football League. There were no goals for Francis in his one-off appearance for Thistle. His club-list included Clyde and Partick Thistle. We don't know where or when Francis died. *
