Bio Extra

Every club has tales of the player that got away and Eddie Annand is Thistle's. Annand came through the youth ranks at Firhill scoring goals aplenty but started just one first team match for Thistle, a league cup tie against Albion Rovers. After his free transfer from Firhill he joined Irish outfit Sligo Rovers before returning to Scotland to play with Clyde and Dundee, and went on to feature for a number of SFL sides, including Ayr Utd and Dumbarton.
