![]() David Kenneth Scott was born on Wednesday, 8th January, 1964, in Edinburgh. The 5' 10½ (11st 4lbs) defender signed for Peter Cormack's Thistle on Tuesday, 15th September, 1981, having most recently been with Tynecastle Boys Club. Aged 18, he made his debut appearance on Wednesday, 28th July, 1982, in a 3-1 friendly defeat away to Linlithgow Rose. David scored his only goal for Thistle on Saturday, 11th February, 1984, in a 2-1 defeat at home to Clyde in the SFL First Division. He played his last game for the club on Tuesday, 21st August, 1984, in a 3-0 defeat away to Cowdenbeath in the League Cup, having appeared as a Jag on 26 occasions. David's club-list included Partick Thistle and Broxburn Athletic. |
