 David James Lorimer was born on Saturday, 26th January, 1974, in Chryston, North Lanarkshire. The 5' 10 (11st 0lbs) midfielder joined John McVeigh's Thistle for a trial in July, 1997, having most recently been with Raith Rovers. Aged 23, he made his only appearance on Saturday, 26th July, 1997, in a 4-0 friendly win away to Gala Fairydean. There were no goals for David in his one-off appearance for Thistle. David's club-list included Hamilton Academical, Raith Rovers, Partick Thistle, Clydebank, Stirling Albion, Albion Rovers, Stenhousemuir and East Stirlingshire. |
