![]() David Raymond Rogers was born on Monday, 25th August, 1975, in Liverpool. The 6' 1 (11st 1lbs) defender temporarily transferred to John Lambie's Thistle on Friday, 31st March, 2000, from his parent club, Ayr United. Aged 24, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 1st April, 2000, in a 1-1 draw at home to Stranraer in the SFL Second Division. There were no goals for Dave during his spell with Thistle. He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 6th May, 2000, in a 3-2 defeat away to Arbroath in the SFL Second Division, having appeared as a Jag on 6 occasions. Dave's club-list included Chester City, Southport, Dundee, Ayr United, Partick Thistle, Peterborough United, Scunthorpe United, Portadown, Carlisle United, Cambuur, Shelbourne, Derry City, St Patrick's Athletic, Sporting Fingal, Dundalk, Lisburn Distillery, Cork City, Limerick, Monaghan United, Drogheda United and Bohemians. |
