Colin McKee was born on Wednesday, 22nd August, 1973, in Glasgow.

The 5' 10 (11st 3lbs) forward signed for John McVeigh's Thistle on Saturday, 28th March, 1998, having most recently been with Kilmarnock.

Aged 24, he made his only appearance on Saturday, 28th March, 1998, in a 2-1 defeat at home to Raith Rovers in the SFL First Division.

There were no goals for Colin in his one-off appearance for Thistle.

Colin's club-list included Manchester United, Bury, Kilmarnock, Partick Thistle, Falkirk, Queen of the South, Ross County, Stirling Albion, Víkingur, Queen's Park and Fauldhouse United.

The former Manchester United and Kilmarnock forward had the briefest of possible careers at Firhill, lasting less than 45 minutes of a First Division game against Raith Rovers as a trialist while John McVeigh was manager.
