Brown Alexander Ferguson was born on Thursday, 4th June, 1981, in Falkirk.

The 5' 11 (11st 7lbs) midfielder signed for Dick Campbell's Thistle on Wednesday, 17th May, 2006, having most recently been with Alloa Athletic.

Aged 25, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 15th July, 2006, in a 2-1 friendly win away to Lancaster City.

Brown scored his first goal for Thistle on Tuesday, 15th August, 2006, in a 2-1 defeat at home to Albion Rovers in the Challenge Cup.
