![]() Brian Scrimgeour was born on Tuesday, 11th August, 1959, in Dundee. The 6' 0 (12st 7lbs) defender signed for Billy Lamont's Thistle circa September, 1987, having most recently been with Falkirk. Aged 28, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 12th September, 1987, in a 5-0 defeat away to Hamilton Academical in the SFL First Division. Brian scored his only goal for Thistle on Tuesday, 20th October, 1987, in a 4-2 defeat away to Dumbarton in the SFL First Division. He played his last game for the club on Friday, 1st January, 1988, in a 2-1 win away to Clyde in the SFL First Division, having appeared as a Jag on 21 occasions. Brian's club-list included Dundee Violet, Dundee, Chesterfield, Falkirk and Partick Thistle. |
