Andrew Francis Walker was born on Tuesday, 6th April, 1965, in Glasgow.

The 5' 8 (10st 7lbs) forward signed for John Lambie's Thistle on Friday, 10th September, 1999, having most recently been with Carlisle United.

Aged 34, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 11th September, 1999, in a 2-0 defeat away to Clyde in the SFL Second Division.

There were no goals for Andy during his spell with Thistle.

He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 2nd October, 1999, in a 3-1 defeat away to Stirling Albion in the SFL Second Division, having appeared as a Jag on 4 occasions.

Andy's club-list included Baillieston Juniors, Motherwell, Celtic, Newcastle United, Bolton Wanderers, Sheffield United, Hibernian, Raith Rovers, Ayr United, Carlisle United, Partick Thistle, Kilwinning Rangers, Isernia and Alloa Athletic.
