| – McDaid scored with a 20-yard volley but Arthurlie took a 3-1 lead. A near post run buy one of the trialists reduced the lead by half-time. Wilson converted a cross early in the second half and although both teams had chances, it ended 3-3. |

| – Thistle found themselves 2-down midway through the first half. Meadow missed a penalty so it could have been worse. A better 2nd half saw them rally and grab a place against Motherwell in the final. |

| – Once again Thistle chased the game then a curling effort by Martin tied the scores. Motherwell beat the off-side trap to go in 2-1-up at half-time. Thistle dominated the second half. McAleer hit the bar then a trialist levelled and his bullet header proved to be the winning goal. |

| – Thistle started the better playing some neat football then Duggan was tripped in the box and he scored from the spot. He hit the post and there were several close things but they were stunned by 2 goals in the last 4 minutes that, on play, were scarcely deserved. |

| – Duggan saw an early penalty saved but when Keenan chased down a clearance, he put Thistle ahead. Martin sent in a curling shot for 2-0.(39). Colina's pass split the defence and Duggan scored his second (49). Brownlie headed in a Gallacher corner (73) for an excellent win. |

| – With several first XI players, United were too strong for the Thistle youngsters. Waters had some fine saves but United went ahead. Thistle hit the post twice before half-time. Two shots from the edge of the box made for a comfortable win. |

| – Duggan put Thistle ahead (10) but slack marking a few minutes later and it was 1-1 then a 20-yard drive made it 2-1 at half-time. A parried shot was fired in for 3-1 (scorer's hat-trick) but a fine move ended with Gallacher's drive. Chances at both ends came and went and it ended 3-2. |

| – A fine win over top of the table, unbeaten Celtic. McAleer collected a Gallacher through ball to steer it past the keeper for 1-0. Celtic went all out for an equaliser. They missed a good chance but Thistle were organised and resolute and took the points. |

| – 2nd top St Johnstone might have been 3-up inside half an hour but they scored with a header for 1-0 at half-time. Two quick goals put the points safe then a fourth while Thistle pushed forward made sure. Elliott slid in to finish off a parried save late on. |

| – Thistle had most of the play but could only manage a Duggan goal by half-time. The second half was even. Leyden finished off a Duggan pass (68) but bottom of the league Aberdeen hit back (69 and 85). A Gallacher free-kick found unmarked Duggan (89) and the points went south. |

| – Thistle had all the attacking intent but couldn't find the opener their play deserved. Meechan hit the bar with a free-kick and it was late on when Martin's low curling shot made it 1-0. Soon after, Duggan was pulled down in the box and he converted the penalty. |

| – Basalaj was a busy keeper as Hamilton tested the defence throughout the first half. The second half was more even as both teams searched for an opener. One came direct from a corner but a looping shot from 18 yards by Duggan earned a point. |

| – The first half was largely uneventful. Leyden was fouled and Duggan sent the keeper the wrong way from the spot. A powerful header put the Pars level but Duggan flicked the ball in after a fine run by Martin down the right. A brawl erupted in the middle of the park and Fraser, Keenan and a Pars defender were sent off. |

| – Fifth placed Thistle found themselves 2-down against 2nd bottom County inside 10 minutes. A defensive error led to a third goal (48) and a fourth on the hour made for a miserable night and a long journey down the A9. |

| – Thistle always looked comfortable and made several chances but it took until just before half-time to take the lead. Duggan was fouled and he converted the penalty. A sweeping move towards the end saw Colina find the top corner from a Kerr pass. |

| – All the goals in this match were after half-time. Leyden and Colina made it 2-0 then the best goal of the night was a stunning left foot drive from outside the box by Meechan. Thistle went top of the league. |

| – Rangers always had that bit more to offer. The first half was goalless then Rangers went ahead from a through ball. Thistle took the game to Rangers but a deflected free-kick fell kindly and it was 2-0. A late penalty sealed the win. |

| – Waters spilled a shot and Motherwell went 1-up (4). Brownlie was sent off ("last man" foul, 16) but Thistle had a good spell before a third goal (30). The 10 men battled on after half-time but it was soon 4-0 before McDaid pulled one back. He almost got a second soon after. |

| – Struggling for players manager Archibald put on his boots. Saints hit the bar early on then went ahead (18) but Gallacher fired an unstoppable shot from 25 yards for 1-1 (23). Moncur curled the ball in the far corner but a header (66) meant it finished all square. |

| – It was helter-skelter as both teams struggled to get any sort of rhythm. A loose volley was fired home to put Aberdeen ahead. Lawless converted a penalty when Lyden was brought down. Thistle shaded the second half but it remained 1-1. |

| – Hamilton failed to take any of their early chances but they took one from a back-post header at a corner (35). Sloppy defending led to a tap-in (42). It was all Hamilton then Keenan was set off (2nd yellow). A 30-yard top-corner strike made it 3 before Wilson's late penalty. |

| – A loose ball was fired in to put the Pars ahead (19). It took until just after the hour mark for Thistle to level from the spot when McDaid was fouled. Wilson converted. Archibald was sent off for remarks to the ref (75) but Thistle held on for a point. |

| – County hit the bar from 35 yards before Thistle got going. Leyden was set off (35) for a late 50-50 challenge. Thistle's reward remaining compact and hitting on the break came in 59 mins when Duggan pounced on a long clearance by Fox and shot home. |

| – Thistle started well and were good value for the opener when Hamilton let fly a vicious left foot strike from Craigen's neat back-heel (16). Both teams had chances but the score was unaltered until the dying seconds when Thistle's off-side trap was breached and the equaliser was shot home. |

| – A low cross squirmed under Waters and Rangers went ahead (4). McDaid saw his shot deflected over the bar as Thistle fought back. A simple header against the run of play made it 2-0. The scorer got his hat-trick after half-time and Rangers sat back content but they added a 4th goal late on. |
