Scottish Football League Table

The third of six seasons in a row with a solitary Scottish League hence no question of re-election as such. Newly elected Clydebank were the new participants as this season's First Division was reduced from 20 to 18 teams, following the enforced wartime retiral of Aberdeen, Dundee and Raith Rovers from the League. 2 points for a win.
