GT 11/9/1899. Line-up and scorer as yet unsourced. Thistle billed "Partick Thistle Amateurs".
2. Wed-02-May-1900 [h] L0-1 Scottish Amateur XI (Friendly)
GH 3/5/1900. Fletcher, Lang (Duntocher), Stark (Cambuslang Rangers), McDonald, Harvey (Irvine Meadow), Munro (Gainsbrough Trinity/Morton), Riddell (Ellangowan), Freebairn, Cormack (Duntocher), Jarvie (Cambuslang Rangers), McNichol.
Thistle selected only 4 regular 1st XI players. It was an even match with the only goal coming 20 minutes from time. The Amateur select side included 4 Queen's Park players.
